More posts in English will be up next week! ก่อนหน้านี้ไม่นานนัก อลาน่าได้เริ่มไปตามคาเฟ่หรือร้านกาแฟใหม่ๆ(เกือบ)ทุกวันในเชียงใหม่ ตอนแรกคือ คิดว่าจะไปสำรวจร้านกาแฟน่ารักๆสัก 1 อาทิตย์ แต่ไปๆมาๆ ก็ได้ไปร้านกาแฟแทบทุกวันเป็นเวลากว่า 2 เดือน ซึ่งก็แน่นอนว่ามันหมายถึงการที่ต้องไปนั่งร้านกาแฟหลายๆร้าน กินคาปูชิโน่หลายๆแก้ว และกินเค้กหลายๆชิ้นเช่นกัน…  เรื่องที่บ้ามากก็คือ มันยังมีอีกหลายร้านที่อลาน่ายังไม่ได้ไป! ร้านกาแฟในเชียงใหม่ค่อนข้างเยอะอยู่แล้วเมื่อก่อน แต่ในช่วงสองสามปีที่ผ่านมาร้านกาแฟใหม่ๆก็ได้เพิ่มจำนวนมากขึ้น ตอนนี้ในเชียงใหม่มีร้านกาแฟเป็นร้อยๆร้านแล้วค่ะ นี่ยังไม่รวมถึงแผงข้างทาง หรือรถเข็นที่คุณสามารถหาซื้อโอเลี้ยงหรือชานมเย็นราคาถูกๆได้ เชียงใหม่เป็นพื้นที่ที่อยู่ในเขตของ Bean Belt (พื้นที่ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการเพาะปลูกกาแฟของโลก) จึงมีการปลูกต้นกาแฟบนภูเขาโดยรอบของเมืองเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งโดยส่วนมากชาวเขาจะเป็นผู้เพาะปลูกต้นกาแฟ เป็นเหตุให้เชียงใหม่เมืองที่กำลังโตเต็มไปด้วยกาแฟจำนวนมาก […]
